- Bay windows, Visors and Boards - Wide-format granite tiles with mesh for facade application LAMINAM/ HPL panels Fundermax, suspended on an aluminum construction-type "Ventilated facade" with mineral wool, with hydro-vapor insulation membrane.
- Suspended ceilings above terraces - a suspended system of wood-colored profiles of the "Facade paneling" type on the facade and on the ceilings of terraces by the company TARIMATEC - Plasticwood®: material made of PVC with plant fibers.
- Facade solution with a "GABION" type wall - a box made of black metal mesh with natural stones of different sizes with decorative lighting in front of a thermal insulation system.

- Main entrance doors of a special design, armored with hardware included, three-way lock, cash lock, secret cartridge, armor plate, scope safe, peephole and handle made of stainless steel according to arch. detail with cladding according to arch. detail - TARIMATEC - Plasticwood®.
- High-class main sectional door with two remotes to underground garages at ramp single-family buildings in RAL color.

Flat roof – Bituminous vapor barrier with aluminum foil insert and Gemini Vipor 3 mm fiber glass reinforcement incl. bitumen primer on the base, thermal insulation - XPS (extruded polystyrene) with d=20 cm, screed to ensure the slopes, PERFOR drainage membrane - in 3/3 squares and waterproofing GENERAL MEMBRAN-Venus FC 3 mm + Galaxy FC Mineral 4.5 kg , filled with rolled bituminous material in two layers, the top layer being sprinkled;
Green roof terraces – Bituminous vapor barrier with aluminum foil insert and Gemini Vipor 3 mm fiberglass reinforcement incl. bituminous primer on the base, thermal insulation - XPS (extruded polystyrene) with d=16 cm, screed to ensure the slopes, PERFOR drainage membrane - in 3/3 squares and waterproofing GENERAL MEMBRAN-Venus FC 4 mm, root-repellent waterproofing on green roofs GEMINI GARDEN , drainage base of landscaped roofs MAXI STUD + Geo Textile 200g, humus soil layer, landscaping according to project.
Verandas, Balconies, loggias and terraces - flooring made of cold-resistant granite, with installed glass or solid handrail according to the architectural project, ceilings suspended from profiles with wooden flapper of the company TARIMATEC - Plasticwood® - completely finished;

Warm terraces - Bituminous vapor barrier with aluminum foil insert and Gemini Vipor 3 mm fiber glass reinforcement incl. bituminous primer on the base, thermal insulation - XPS (extruded polystyrene) with d=16 cm, screed to ensure the slopes, PERFOR drainage membrane - in 3/3 squares and waterproofing GENERAL MEMBRAN-Venus FC 3 mm + Galaxy FC Mineral 4.5 kg , filled with rolled bitumen material in two layers, with the top layer having sprinkles, a double floor system of granite tiles d=2cm on adjustable PVC legs;
Ceilings

External walls "Wienerberger-Porotherm" brick 25 cm N+F with thermal insulation mineral wool with d= 10 cm, ventilated facade - HPL-Fundermax/ Facade granite tiles - Laminam/AL-sheet metal, Facade paneling from profiles with wooden flapper from the company TARIMATEC - Plasticwood®. Internal - gypsum machine plaster according to BDS.
