RUHouse is an investment company established in 2017, which has implemented and developed the investment projects - RUHouse 1, Ruhouse 2, RUHomes Botanic Garden and others.

The company was founded by architects who believe in good planning, contemporary design aesthetics, and quality living environments. The residential buildings we create reflect our professional ideals as architects. Good planning throughout the design and investment process is our primary goal, achieved through the relationship between architecture and people. The desire to turn every beautiful concept into a final and sought after product is our guiding principle. Thus, by involving designers, engineers, lawyers, financiers, economists, project managers, builders and more in the process, we receive evaluations far beyond the realization of our buildings.

RUHOUSE is the first executed project of the investment company of the same name, launched in 2017 and awarded the first prize "Building of the Year" for 2019 in the category "Multi-family-Residential Buildings", as well as the "Property of the Year" award for 2019 at the Annual Awards of imoti.net. which had a great contribution in terms of commercial realization at the end of 2019 and throughout 2020.
